No Refunds on Setup Fees

All setup fees are non-refundable.

Integration setup
Technical development time

Once work begins, these resources cannot be recovered.

No Refunds on Monthly Subscription Fees

Monthly subscription charges are also non-refundable, as they include:

Hosting and maintenance of your automation system
Ongoing improvements
Monitoring
Access to your AI agents
Support included in your plan tier

Your subscription ensures your system remains active and functioning.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future billing, but does not issue refunds for charges already processed.
Your automation system will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Although refunds are not offered, DEM Agent AI is committed to ensuring your automation is functioning properly and delivering value.

If something is not performing as expected:

I will review your setup
Diagnose the issue
Make necessary adjustments
Ensure the system aligns with the functions described in your plan

Your satisfaction and long-term success matter, and I take pride in delivering reliable, real-world automation solutions.

Exceptions (Rare Cases)

At my discretion, partial or full adjustments may be offered in extraordinary circumstances, such as:

Duplicate charges
Billing errors
Service interruptions caused by platform failure

These situations are assessed case-by-case.
